THE DESCENT Lyrics
Lyrics from live performance:
[Verse 1]
At the start line of the end
Where the story arc begins
I was grasping for your hand
Only one blink from the edge
[Chorus]
I never thought you’d push me down
What have you done to me?
(What is happening? What is happening? What is happening?)
What have you done to me?
[Verse 2]
Watch the tears fly from my eyes
As they fall far from the land
Build a castle in the sky
Now you raise me up so high
[Chorus]
I never thought you’d push me down
(What is happening?)
What have you donе to me?
(What is happening? What is happening? What is happеning?)
What have you done to me?
[Outro]
What have you done?
What have you done?
Ooh
