Red Jacket Lyrics
[Chorus: Sam Gellaitry]
Don’t say
Don’t say you and me are just the same
I think you know it’s not the same way
I’m pretty sure that you have noticed
Written on my face
You can’t be mine
[Verse 1: Madeon]
Why would you do this to impress me?
You should’ve known that I would find this out
The situation is distressing
You should’ve known that you’re out of time
[Chorus: Sam Gellaitry]
Don’t say
Don’t say you and me are just the same
I think you know it’s not the same way
I’m pretty sure that you have noticed
Written on my face
You can’t be mine
[Post-Chorus: Sam Gellaitry]
You can’t be mine
[Verse 2: Madeon]
I used to see us as a blessing
Until I watched the world crumblе down
Maybe this happened just to tеst me
I’d like to know, I’d like to know
[Bridge: Madeon]
You better stop
[Chorus: Sam Gellaitry]
Don’t say
Don’t say you and me are just the same
I think you know it’s not the same way
I’m pretty sure that you have noticed
Written on my face
You can’t be mine
[Outro: Sam Gellaitry]
Don’t say
Don’t say you and me are just the same
I think you know it’s not-
